Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas.

Or in regular terms, Screen Printing is printing a graphic on ANYTHING. It's widely popular for printing designs on t-shirts, but screen printing is also used to print company logos on coffee mugs, keychains, koozies, and so much more. 

The Screen Printing process is convenient for a multiple apparel need of the same design. The more you order, the better the price. You can order up to 6 colors in one or multiple locations. Screen Printing is usually applied to t-shirts, sweats, and athletic wear. No matter what your event is, t-shirts designed with your custom logo are sure to be eye-catching. Screen Printing is ideal for company logos, company picnics, sporting events, church functions, family re-unions, clubs, school organizations, or just fun.

 

Embroidery

Embroidery is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with designs stitched in strands of thread or yarn using a needle. A image intended to be embroidered on something must first be digitized. Digitizing is a technical & creative process that gives the embroidery machine the necessary information to stitch the necessary image. We say it's also "creative" because the embroidery machine has physical limits that may prevent very fine details from rendering correctly. We have to creatively make adjustments to get the final product to look as best as it can to the original.

An average design contains 6,500 stitches, 
First 5,000 stitches = $5.00
Next 1,500 stitches = $1.12
Total 6,500 stitches = $6.12

REFUND POLICY

We want you to place your order with confidence.   Please note that we will not accept returns of custom printed or embroidered merchandise that is not defective. If you are concerned about fit, please email us at sales@prostarprinting.com for samples.  We inspect items that we sell before we print them to make sure that they are not defective.  We also inspect artwork before printing to ensure accuracy.  We will replace any defective merchandise reported or returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Replacement merchandise will be identical to the original if possible, or substantially similar if the exact items are no longer available.
